You can physically move your Smart Hub V2 to another appropriate location in the home.
When choosing a new location:
Place it in a room where you or your loved one spends a significant amount of time.
Place it on a flat surface approximately 3–4 feet high.
Make sure the two motion sensors on the front face into the room.
Keep the front and sides clear of objects that could interfere with motion detection.
Avoid TVs, speakers, water fixtures, heating or cooling elements, windows, and direct sunlight.
Make sure the electrical outlet is not controlled by a wall switch.
