The Smart Hub 2 uses its ring light to communicate its current status.
White: Normal operation / Smart Hub 2 is ready for use.
Blue: Emergency activity.
Green: Check-in or speed dial call
Orange: Setup. A pulsing orange light indicates ready for setup; solid orange appears during setup. Also indicates intermittent connectivity issues during normal operation.
Yellow: Software updates. The ring may briefly turn yellow during startup while the Smart Hub 2 checks for updates.
Red: System issue. The Smart Hub 2 will also flash red if you attempt to power it off while it is still plugged into an electrical outlet.
