I am setting up the Smart Hub. I downloaded the app, and tapped “Get Started” but I don’t have an activation code. What do I do?

If you are setting up your system, you probably created an account when you bought the system. At the bottom of your screen, below the activation code form field, there should be a prompt that says “Have an account? Log In.” Tap the “Log In” link and use the credentials you used upon ordering.
Use you email address as your username.
If you don’t remember your password, just click “forgot password,” enter your email and we will send you a password reset link!
