Yes. For the app, caregivers will receive notifications when updates are available. We highly encourage you to enable notifications for the app on your phone.
As for the Smart Hub and Fall sensor, Aloe Care software updates will be sent out automatically as new features and enhancements are released. The updates occur automatically during the night via WiFi, and will not occur if a check-in or an emergency is taking place.
