Say the word “Emergency” repeatedly until you hear the chime, followed by the voice prompt on the Smart Hub and the Fall Sensor. We recommend you say emergency repeatedly until the system registers the call for assistance. The system typically registers after 3 or 4 instances.
Upon recognition, the voice prompt will ask you to confirm (or deny) that you need assistance by saying “Emergency” (or “Cancel"). If “Emergency" is stated again to confirm, you will be connected to a professional emergency response agent to triage the situation, and in-app notification will be sent to the care circle. If “Cancel” is mentioned, the emergency will be cancelled and a 2-way call with a professional agent will not be established.
Tip: For the best response, speak slowly and paus in-between repeating the wakeword "Emergency."
