When anyone in the Care Circle as identified in your family app checks-in to the mart hub, the hub will ring. The older adult has about 5 rings to accept or deny the call. After 5 rings, a two-way call will be established between the caregiver and the older adult automatically.
The same will happen upon accepting a call from the caregiver prior to the end of the ring cycle. The call can be proactively accepted by the older adult by tapping the grey "✓" button on the top left of the Smart Hub. Similarly, the call can be denied by the older adult by tapping the grey “X” button on the bottom left of the hub. If the call is denied by the older adult, the caregiver will receive a notification that says, “Check-in denied. Please try back later.”
