In the center of your app home screen or Care Dashboard, there is a card offering a System Status.
That status card is Aloe Care Green when all components of your system are Online.
You will see that system status card is greyed out if one of your devices falls offline. If that is the case, tap the arrow on the right of the "Devices Offline" status to get more detail about which devices might have fallen offline.
If your Motion Sensor is offline, bring the motion sensor closer to the Smart Hub (between 5 and 10 feet) and allow 5-10 minutes to resync with the Smart Hub. If the motion sensor doesn't come back online, try removing the cover of the motion sensor and tapping the small grey button - you should hear a "click." Allow 5-10 minutes for the motion sensor to resync with the Smart Hub.
If your motion sensor is still not connected after bringing the device closer to the Smart Hub and tapping the small grey button, try taking out and putting back in the batteries (Make sure to install the batteries correctly, with the (-) sign facing the spring). Allow 5-10 minutes for the motion sensor to resync with the Smart Hub.
If your Entry Sensor is offline, bring the sensor closer to the Smart Hub (between 5 and 10 feet) and allow 5-10 minutes to resync with the Smart Hub.
In the event your Fall Sensor is offline, please go to your fall sensor and follow the instructions to Reset your Fall Sensor
If your Smart Hub is offline, get in touch with your older adult, a caregiver or a trusted neighbor nearby. Often times this occurs because the Smart Hub is plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch and is accidentally powered off. Make sure the Smart Hub is plugged into an outlet that is not controlled by a light switch!
