Since the Smart Hub has a built-in battery that last several hours, it's necessary to manually power off the device when moving it from office to client or if the device has to be transported/shipped in another way. It is not recommended to transport it while powered on as the device might go off accidentally and alert family or EMTs.
To power off the device during or before setup you simply unplug the device, and the device should power off.
During normal operation, you need:
1. Unplug the Smart Hub power cord, either from wall outlet or back of device.
2. Hold down the X button until prompted about shutting down the device.
3. Confirm shutdown with the checkmark button.
