It's important to ensure the Hub is in Setup Mode before attempting an install/setup.
When the device is new it will always arrive ready for setup, and when powered on it will give you the 2 signals that it's ready:
1. Blue light ring
2. Voice dialogue prompting you to "Welcome, let's get started".
If for some reason this does not happen a few minutes after powering on the device, or you've been instructed to "reset" the device or put it back into setup mode, these are the steps you should follow.
1. When the device is in normal operation (white ring)
2. Press the Volume Up and X button at the same time.
3. After 5 seconds release these as seen in the video and wait for the blue light and voice prompts.
