If you need to reset your hub, please contact the Aloe Care Support team to do so.
Without unplugging or moving your Smart Hub, here is what you can expect upon resetting your device:

|The light ring turns red and then shuts off completely
|The Smart Hub recognizes the reset and reboots
|The light ring turns blue
|The Smart Hub is booting back up successfully
|The "Welcome to Aloe Care Health..." voice prompt sounds
|The Smart hub is ready to be setup
Once you hear the voice prompt, the reset is complete and the device is ready for setup.
Caregiver App Setup:
- Open the Aloe Care Health App. The app should display a prompt to start setting up your device.*
- Select the location of your device
- Select your WiFi network if you plan to run the device on WiFi. Otherwise, select the "Continue setup without WiFi" option.
- Your Smart Hub should be fully activated and ready to use.
*TIP: If you are unable to proceed past this step, try toggling your phone's Bluetooth setting on and off. If you are still encountering an issue at this stage, proceed to turn your cell phone off and back on again. Open the Aloe Care Health App again and this time it should allow you to proceed.
Important Note: If you have any additional devices such as Motion Sensors, Fall Sensors, or Door Sensors, you will have to pair those devices to the Smart Hub again.
