- Download the App: Download the Aloe Care Health app on a mobile device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log In to the App: Open the Aloe Care Health app, tap “login,” and enter your account credentials.
- Get Connected: Use WiFi (recommended): Connect the Smart Hub to a home WiFi network to ensure the best call quality, and coverage. Follow the in-app instructions to complete setup. If there is no WiFi available, use LTE. If there is no home WiFi network available, tap “I don’t have WiFi” to connect to the internet with LTE.
- Invite Others to Your Care Circle: Go to the “Menu” tab in the app, and tap “Invite Caregivers”.
