Mobile Companion Go (Purchased from QVC)
For the Mobile Companion Go devices purchased through QVC, you will find the activation code on the side of the device box, as pictured below. You will activate this device at setup.aloecare.com
Essentials Bundle (Purchased through QVC, FSA or HSA Store)
For Essentials bundle purchased through QVC, you will find the activation code on a card insert within the Smart Hub packaging as well as on the bottom of the Smart Hub box, as pictured below. You will activate this bundle at qvc.aloecare.com
For Essentials bundle purchased through HSA or FSA Store, you will find the activation code on the bottom of the Smart Hub box, as pictured below. You will activate this bundle at setup.aloecare.com
