Help: Press and hold until you hear the voice prompt and feel a vibration. After pressing the Help button, there's a 10-second delay, letting you cancel before reaching the Emergency Response Team.
Cancel Requests/End Calls:
Quick-click the Help button.
Test: To test the device, press and hold the test button on the side of the device. You will be connected to our test center.
Voice: Double-click to turn voice prompts off (silent mode). Double-click to turn voice prompts on (voice mode). Voice prompts are integral to the Mobile Companion experience. So please keep voice prompts on to get all important messages like low battery, emergency alerts, and emergencies triggered in error.
