Please note: The Care Button that is included with the Smart Hub bundle has already been pre-paired and activated to your Smart Hub. You do not need to take any additional action to pair your Care Button.
If you have purchased an additional Care Button that is not a part of your initial bundle, you will need to pair it in order to activate it.
To set up the additional Care Button, please locate the 6-character code on the outer box of your Care Button and call Customer Support at 1-888-256-3227 for help setting up this device. Additional Care Buttons cannot be paired within the Aloe Care mobile app.
Snap the Care Button onto the lanyard to wear it like a necklace, or into the wristband to wear it like a watch.
